Top Hill School was founded by a retired Naval Officer Mr. Nathan Okpoti Kpobi and his wife, Mrs. Florence Adokai Kpobi. The school was established on 13th October 1997 with the vision of bringing light through education to the community in Kojokrom and its environs, within the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis of the Western Region.

The school has two buses that transport learners from neighboring communities. It offers education at the Preschool, Primary, and Junior High School (JHS) levels.

Top Hill School is located in a serene environment away from the noise of town, creating a peaceful atmosphere for effective teaching and learning. The school is fully walled to ensure the safety and security of learners until school closes each day.

The school has a computer laboratory, playground, and a spacious compound where learners can play and learn comfortably. At Top Hill School, learning through play is highly encouraged, and talents are nurtured through various school activities such as graduation ceremonies, career days, sporting activities, and clubs.

The school also has several clubs and groups including the Writers and Debaters Club, Science and Maths Club, Choir etc. Learners are grouped into sections such as Harmony, Unity, Love, and Forgive to promote healthy competition and teamwork among students.

Top Hill School is located at Kojokrom, Twabewu – Eno Road, near the Church of Pentecost.
